PURPOSE
 
To maintain public areas, specifically entrances, lobby bar, main lobby sitting areas, telephone, and all surfaces that accumulate dust and debris. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 
Tour assigned work areas and look for any unusual situations.  Correct anything that needs attention and report anything that you cannot handle.
 
Clean and restock supplies in the public restrooms within the hotel, MPAC and Convention Center.
 
Clean and dust the lobby area including furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, public phones, vending machines, glass and windows.
 
Return to assigned work areas during the day and maintain their appearance.
 
Sign keys out/in at Loss Prevention.
 
Should actively promote and participate in Total Quality Management.
 
Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests of management which the associate is capable of performing.
